Beta Tester Agreement

GigPiece is an unreleased, in-development app built and owned by Ken Apperson. You're being given early access to try it out and share feedback — it isn't a finished product, isn't publicly available, and isn't supported the way a released app would be. Things may break, change without notice, or occasionally lose data. Don't rely on it for anything you can't afford to lose or double-check elsewhere.

Nothing in GigPiece is tax or financial advice. Pay, mileage, and tax estimates are calculated for personal planning convenience only — always verify against your own records or a professional.

• Don't share the app, an installer/build, your access to it, or any screenshots or recordings of it with anyone else, publicly or privately, without asking first.
• Don't post about specific features, screens, or how it works on social media, forums, or anywhere else public.
• If someone asks how you got it, feel free to say you're helping test a friend's app — just don't hand it to them.

You agree not to copy, reproduce, reverse-engineer, decompile, or use any tool — including AI coding assistants — to reconstruct GigPiece's source code, design, or underlying logic from the app itself. You also agree not to use anything you see in GigPiece to build a similar or competing app. This access is for evaluation and feedback only; it doesn't transfer any rights to the software.

Anything you tell Ken about GigPiece — bugs, ideas, complaints, feature requests — he's free to use, act on, or ignore, without owing you anything for it. If that's not okay with you for a specific piece of feedback, just say so before sharing it.
